Spearhead the set up of our new therapeutic and positive behaviour support approach to NDIS participants
Join an inclusive and multidisciplinary team

ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Allied Health Practitioner youll conduct assessments develop support plans and deliver evidencebased interventions for participants with complex needs. Youll help generate referrals collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and maintain NDIScompliant documentation. This diverse role combines clinical excellence with service development allowing you to create positive outcomes while contributing to our traumainformed personcentered approach.
This rewarding role is based from our Surry Hills office with flexibility in work pattern and to work from home where practicable. When travel needs arise for relationship building transport is available. The role is remunerated at $90000 $95000 per annum plus leave loading superannuation & NFP salary packaging.
