Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting Mechanical maintenance repairs and overhauls on equipment including Draglines Shovels CHPPs Stacker Reclaimers and more.
• Structural remediation including repairs to Dragline Tubs Revolving frames and main superstructures. Including design and fabrication of new components.
• Diagnosing and troubleshooting mechanical issues and providing effective solutions.
• Working collaboratively within the projects team to meet deadlines and safety standards.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and maintaining high standards of workmanship.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Relevant Fitter Trade Certificate
• Coal Board Medical (or ability to pass)
• Standard 11
• Working At Heights Confined Space & Gas Test Atmosphere certs
• Any High Risk Tickets (Doggers Riggers EWP etc)
