We are in search of full time and/or part time Home Health Occupational Therapists to service Columbia and surrounding counties.

Job Responsibilities (Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to):
Job Description Summary:
Provides services to home care clients in accordance with the Plan of Care. Services are provided under the direction of the attending physician with participation of the family and other members of the interdisciplinary team as indicated.
Position Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum accredited jointly by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of the American Medical Association and the American Occupational Therapy Association; or eligible for the National Registration Examination of the American Occupational Therapy Association.
- Possesses current registration or license as required by state(s) of practice.
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in a health care facility or equivalent experience preferred.
- CPR certification.
- Demonstrates strong verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state/Agency requirements. Evidence of safe driving record and reliable transportation.
