BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking a RN Case Managerfor our Reading PAAdult and Pediatric Skilled Nursing office. This office provides bestinclass care to adult and pediatric clients throughout Reading PAand surrounding areas.

Responsibilities for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Lead inspire and motivate others to provide exceptional care.
- Visit our Pediatric/Adult clients and conduct assessments in Reading PA and other surrounding areas.
- Develop the care plan and oversee its execution.
- Supervise LPNs RNs and home health aides (HHA) staff in the field.
- Facilitate new hire orientation.
- Conduct competencies on new and tenured staff.
Qualifications for a Clinical Nurse Manager:
- Registered Nurse (RN) with 1 or more years of experience as an RN.
- Supervisory experience preferred.
