The Role
- Litigate a broad range of civil cases including employment claims (wrongful termination wage and hour discrimination) real estate disputes (property rights landlord/tenant breach of contract) and construction matters.
- Handle cases from intake through trial or resolution: drafting pleadings taking depositions managing discovery motion practice and court appearances.
- Provide legal advice and counsel to clients on risk management and strategy.
- Represent clients in mediations arbitrations and other forms of dispute resolution.
