Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and selfmotivated Commercial/Personal Producer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships providing exceptional customer service and generating new business opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of insurance products excellent communication skills and a track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with commercial and personal insurance clients
- Provide personalized insurance solutions to meet clients needs
- Generate new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking efforts
- Educate clients on insurance products coverage options and policy terms
- Collaborate with the underwriting team to ensure accurate and competitive quotes
- Deliver exceptional customer service and support throughout the insurance process
- Stay informed about industry trends regulations and changes in insurance products
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience as an Insurance Producer Account Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of commercial and personal insurance products and coverage options
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Holds an active P&C (Property and Casualty) insurance license
- Familiarity with industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Proactive selfmotivated and resultsoriented mindset
