Job Summary
We are seeking a detailoriented and customerfocused Employee Benefits Account Manager to join our team. The Employee Benefits Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships providing exceptional service and delivering comprehensive benefit solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients serving as the primary point of contact for all benefitrelated inquiries and needs
- Consult with clients to understand their specific employee benefits needs and provide tailored recommendations
- Collaborate with internal team members to ensure client satisfaction and to deliver effective benefit solutions
- Stay current on industry trends and regulations to provide clients with uptodate information and compliance support
- Drive new business growth through networking and referrals
Qualifications/Requirements
- Proven experience in employee benefits account management or a similar role
- Strong understanding of benefit plan design compliance and administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple client accounts
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite
- Holds an active L&H (Life and Health) License
