Position Summary:
Responsible for various internal and external reporting including preparation of regulatory reports and assistance with SEC reporting. Responsible for maintaining the companys capital table ensuring accurate and uptodate information on ownership equity and outstanding shares. Ensures the performance of all duties in accordance with the companys policies and procedures all U.S. state and federal laws and regulations wherein the company operates.
Responsibilities:
- Prepares and reviews financial reports including balance sheets income statements cash flow statements and various supporting schedules.
- Assists with the preparation and review of internal monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages.
- Ensures timely preparation of SEC filings on Form 10K and 10Q including development of timeline coordination of support schedules and tieout procedures.
- Maintains the companys capital table ensuring accurate and uptodate information on ownership equity and outstanding shares.
- Prepares reports and analyses related to the capital table for management and investors. Reconciles equity data across multiple systems and ensure accuracy of reporting from equity administrator.
- Regularly liaises with internal departments and external stakeholders to obtain supporting documentation for financial reporting and capital table schedules.
Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or related discipline and a minimum of three (3) years experience working in a similar field.
- Experience in equity accounting and cap table preparation preferred.
- Experience working with an equity administrator preferred.
- Experience working in a public company environment preferred.
- Experience with Workiva software preferred.
- Must be willing to work 85pm Pacific time hours.

Base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay for this roles is between $53000 and $92000. Your base pay will depend on multiple individualized factors including your jobrelated knowledge/skills qualifications experience and market location.
