Job Description
Company Overview:
Better Home Care is dedicated to providing compassionate highquality care to our patients. We are looking for a mature and committed Home Health Aide to join our team and deliver exceptional care in a home health setting.
Must speak Russian or Ukrainian
Job Responsibilities:
Assist patients in maintaining their independence by providing support personal care and educating families.
Monitor and document patient conditions including physical and mental health intake/output and exercise routines.
Perform housekeeping duties such as laundry shopping meal preparation and running errands.
Provide personal care including bathing dressing and grooming.
Educate patients and families on using assistive devices personal hygiene and special equipment.
Train family members on safe lifting turning and repositioning techniques.
Offer advice on nutrition home cleanliness and maintaining a safe living environment.
Keep accurate patient records and report any changes or concerns to the nursing supervisor.
Follow professional standards company policies and all relevant federal state and local regulations.
Enhance the agencys reputation by consistently providing outstanding patient care.
Position Details:
Schedule: Varies by case
Shift Options: Day shifts Monday to Friday with potential weekend and overnight availability
Work Setting: Inperson
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 2 years of experience in a home health setting (required)
License/Certification: Drivers License (required); Certified Home Health Aide (preferred)
Transportation: Reliable transportation is required
Compensation and Benefits:
Pay: Up to $18.00 per hour
