Job Description
**Current opening Friday/Saturday/Sunday 8am 8pm
Job Summary:
Opus Memoria Memory Care Assisted Living Anchorage Ak a trusted leader of assisted living services serving those living with brain change. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team in a parttime hourly position in the healthcare/medical field. This role will involve providing care and support to seniors in our assisted living facility in Anchorage Alaska. As a member of our team you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of our residents and their families.
Compensation & Benefits:
The compensation for this position is $17 to $20 per hour paid biweekly. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package for all employees including insurance paid time off and opportunities for career advancement.
Responsibilities:
Provide personalized care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans
Assist residents with activities of daily living including bathing dressing and grooming
Medications reminders and monitor residents health and wellbeing
Maintain a clean safe and comfortable living environment for residents
Communicate effectively with residents families and other healthcare professionals
Observe and report any changes in residents health and behavior to the appropriate parties
Adhere to all company policies procedures and standards of care
Requirements:
Minimum of 1 year of experience providing care and support to seniors preferably in an assisted living facility
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Compassionate and patient demeanor
Must pass a background check and drug screening
