We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Advanced Practice Provider to join our urology team specializing in Mens Sexual Health and GenderAffirming Surgery. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive care in mens health including male infertility (with a focus on cancerrelated fertility preservation) sexual dysfunction and low testosterone management. The position also involves delivering affirming and inclusive urologic care to transgender patients including preoperative counseling postoperative teaching and care coordination. Opportunities to perform or assist in clinic and operating room procedures are available and participation in ongoing research studies is encouraged for those interested in advancing these evolving fields. Prior experience in these specialties is advantageous but not required.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive urological care including patient evaluations diagnostic testing and treatment planning.
Collaborate with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to deliver coordinated care.
Educate patients and families about urological conditions treatment options and preventive care.
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the growth of urological services.
Essential Responsibilities:
Performs history and physical examinations formulation of care plans ordering and interpreting laboratory and diagnostic tests and provides education to patients and their families.
Acts as an educator and serves as a clinical resource for staff through consultation formal and informal education review of literature and participation in seminars and conferences.
Coordinates the care of patients in order to provide safe effective efficient and timely patientcentered care.
Liaises between visiting nurses clinical staff and consult services. Care plans and execution of those plans should encompass the entire service to tie the service together.
Consults with physicians or surgeons regarding the care of patients for more complex diagnosis.
Document clinical encounters clearly precisely and in a timely manner.
Works in a collaborative relationship with other health professionals to determine health needs of patients and families.
Demonstrates and role models an interdisciplinary collaborative approach to patient care.
Qualifications:
Current Nurse Practitioner license and certification in the state of practice.
Masters degree required in Nursing or in Physician Assistant.
License required: Nurse Practitioner License or Physician Assistant License.
Certificate 1 required: Basic Life Support American Heart Association.
2 years related work experience required.
MA Board authorization to practice as an APRN NRSG or ARCPA NCCPA.
Valid prescriptive authority from both the MA DPHDCP and Federal DEA.
Experience with computer systems required including webbased applications and some Microsoft Office applications which may include Outlook Word Excel PowerPoint or Access.
