Reporting to the Human Resources Compliance Manager this intern will assist managers and subject matter experts within HR to conduct selfassessments of their programs. You will work with the Compliance manager to conduct a gap analysis on HR processes procedures and other guidance documents. You will be supporting HR managers and subject matter experts with the documenting and updating of processes procedures and other guidance documents. You will also support HR managers with incorporating recommendations on process improvements determining metrics and trend reporting.
This team works a 9x80 schedule onsite at our Research Education Campus in Idaho Falls Idaho.
Minimum Requirements
INL is a sciencebased applied engineering national laboratory dedicated to supporting the U.S. Department of Energys mission in nuclear energy research science and national defense.
