Job Description
Responsibilities:
Routine maintenance tasks such as repairing plumbing electrical and HVAC systems
Conduct routine inspections to identify potential maintenance issues
Respond to maintenance requests from tenants or management in a timely manner
Supervise and coordinate the work of external contractors or vendors when necessary
Keep accurate records of all maintenance activities using a CMMS
Provide excellent customer service
Qualifications:
Experience with general maintenance and repair work
Working knowledge of plumbing electrical and HVAC systems
Ability to interpret technical manuals and blueprints
Proficient in using CMMS software
Strong leadership abilities to supervise external contractors or vendors
Good communication skills to interact with tenants and provide exceptional customer service
