Job Description
Leadership opportunity in BC! Creston Veterinary Hospital (CVH) is seeking a talented experienced and compassionate Mixed Animal DVM or Small Animal DVM to join our team in a Medical Director & Veterinarian capacity.
Experienced Medical Directors are preferred but an experienced Veterinarian with a disposition towards leadership and a positive attitude would also be considered. Our ideal candidate possesses exemplary communication skills a high degree of integrity and experience mentoring earlystage Veterinarians.
CVH has 3 fulltime Associate DVMs 1 parttime DVM a Traveling Veterinarian that works in the Winter & Summer 4 RVTs and an amazing support staff roster! Approximately 70% of the caseload is Small Animal with the remaining 30% Large. The largeanimal work is primarily Dairy with some Beef and Equine remaining. There is significant demand and opportunity to build up the Equine case load. Small Animal & Equine DVMs welcome! Small Animal & Dairy DVMs welcome!
Our facility is fully equipped with an inhouse laboratory and pharmacy digital radiology (including a dental and portable unit) medicalgrade laser ultrasound (inhouse and portable) and a full array of large and small animal surgical equipment.
