You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailAs an Orange Door Senior Practitioner working in a multidisciplinary integrated Orange Door agency team you will deliver quality safe and effective responses to children young people and families experiencing family violence. Working across more complex presentations across a range of issues incl. substance abuse behaviour change disability etc. you will deliver intake support via phone within the Orange Door site and through outreach visits.
As Senior Practitioner you will lean in on and be supported with Team Leadership responsibilities as needed. You will act as proxy in various integration agency and funder meetings and also be involved in audits quality improvement activities and other projects and tasks.
