Requirements
Experience: Experience in administrative assistant or customer service roles.
TechSavvy: Proficiency with office software (Microsoft Office Google Suite) and familiarity with customer service platforms project management tools and databases.
Organized & DetailOriented: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously with a keen attention to detail.
Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and professional written and verbal communication.
