Job Description
**COMMUNICATION REGARDING TEST INFORMATION WILL BE SENT VIA EMAIL**
PURPOSE AND NATURE OF WORK
This is work cutting or trimming trees in the public rightofway adjacent to and overhanging streets and sidewalks. Work requires performance of tasks from a bucket truck to reach limbs and branches to be trimmed.
DESIRABLE TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE
Graduation from high school and experience in tree trimming work; or any equivalent combination of training and experience.
NECESSARY SPECIAL REQUIREMENT
Valid Drivers license required to apply. Possession of a class B commercial drivers license with airbrake endorsement as issued by the State of Louisiana within six months after date of hire.
TYPE OF EXAMINATION
Examination will be a performance test operating a bucket truck and chainsaw cutting branches.
