Job Description
This position requires an active Secretclearance.
Provides comprehensive logistical and operational support for MEDXS including asset tracking procurement warranty management and CMDB oversight. Ensures compliance with contractual deliverables and coordinates the entire asset lifecycle.
Compensation & Benefits:
Estimated Starting Salary Range for Senior Operations Support: Pay commensurate with experience.
Full time benefits include Medical Dental Vision 401K and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice.
Senior Operations Support Responsibilities Include:
- Manage logistics shipping and warranty tracking for MEDXS systems
- Maintain procurement records and ensure CMDB accuracy
- Oversee asset receipt issue resolution and lifecycle tracking
- Ensure compliance with CDRL A007A008 and related requirements
- Support readiness and sustainment operations for deployed healthcare systems
- Performs other jobrelated duties as assigned
Senior Operations Support Experience Education Skills Abilities requested:
- 5 years of relevant experience (degree may substitute in part)
- Security CE preferred; ITIL or Health IT certification preferred
- Experience with AF deployed healthcare systems OpMed IM/IT domain and system continuity
- Expertise in missioncritical IM/IT operations and Air Force sustainment environments
- Must pass preemployment qualifications of Cherokee Federal
