The Opportunity:
The Director Sales and Business Development will spearhead strategic initiatives to drive growth and retain volume coming into Recycling Management Resources (RMR) plants. In this pivotal role you will lead a talented team of business development representatives in RMR markets supporting them to achieve ambitions growth targets by providing tools resources and training; setting quotas and allocating resources to ensure revenue targets are met.
This is a remote position based in the Central or Eastern time zones; however proximity to an RMR facility is preferred. The role reports directly to the Chief Commercial Officer.
Travel Demands:Anticipated travel is 2550%
