Job Description
Dove Healthcare West Eau Claire 1405 Truax Blvd Eau Claire WI 54703
Shift Schedule: varying daytime hours MondayFriday
Are you looking to advance your career by leading and mentoring your own kitchen crew Dove Healthcare South Eau Claire is seeking a dynamic individual that values quality and customer service to manage the nutritional and dining needs of our residents.
This position is responsible for assisting with:
- purchasing food and supplies while implementing menu cycles
- evaluating and ensuring that the department is in code compliance and follows all sanitation and infection control procedures
- implementing departmental policies and procedures
- meeting residents nutritional needs with menu planning and recipe selection
- scheduling and oversite of dietary department staff
- helping out when needed as a cook
Preferred Skills and Qualifications:
- Certified Dietary Manager/Certified Food Protection Professional (CDM/CFPP) is desired but not required
- previous experience in healthcare or food service with supervisory skills
- experience in quantity cooking
