The UCSF Center for Advancing Dyadic Care in Pediatrics (CADP) works to expand early childhood and familycentered behavioral health services in MediCal pediatric primary care settings across California.
Our mission is to ensure all families with young children have access to preventative equityfocused behavioral and social health supportsbeginning in pregnancy and early wellchild care. By integrating and destigmatizing these services we aim to transform pediatric healthcare and reduce health disparities.

CADP is based at UCSFs Division of Integrated Behavioral Health at Zuckerberg San Francisco General Hospital part of the Department of Psychiatry and Behavioral Sciences.
The ideal candidate will be able to function both independently and as part of a team. It is preferred that the candidate have experience with some IT product development in addition to pediatric health care pediatric health care pediatric behavioral health and public health financing.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply professional project management concepts and institutional policies to manage projects.
Provide analysis and track status of moderately complex projectrelated issues.
Collaborate with the CADP Team to develop standard work processes for special statewide project implementation including:
Organizing meetings
Preparing agendas and meeting minutes
Tracking action items and deliverables
Creating clinicspecific templates
Implement project management processes for departmental or crossfunctional team initiatives.
Lead the development of implementation plans schedules milestones and manage action items.
Coordinate training webinars events and meetings.
Develop implement and manage an information dissemination platform in collaboration with leaders and vendors to meet project milestones.
Develop and maintain a communication plan for partners including:
Creating communication templates
Managing communication methods (e.g. emails newsletters reports presentations)
Monitor and report on project progress from initiation through delivery including:
Overseeing system integration and project communications
Managing vendor interactions and project risks
Identify and escalate risks facilitating resolution with project team members and CADP leaders.
Work with partners to:
Develop and monitor key performance metrics
Gather and analyze data
Generate reports
Create and support project proposals and reports in collaboration with the team.
Assemble and lead moderate to large project teams.
Design project plans and schedules.
Monitor budgets and resources for special statewide projects.
Ensure project completion on time and within budget.
Identify and report implementation issues related to organizational changes.

management certification from a reputable organization such as:
Project Management Professional (PMP)
Certified Scrum Master (CSM)
Agile Certified Practitioner (PMIACP)
Or equivalent project management experience including qualifying exams and/or quality assurance methodologies (e.g. Six Sigma Lean)
Possess basic knowledge of project management principles theories and concepts
Demonstrate working knowledge of initiatives and their organizational impact
Anticipate potential obstacles and develop contingency plans
Maintain strong attention to detail and prioritize tasks based on relevance
Apply proven organizational and project management skills
Exhibit effective writing skills and a comprehensive understanding of communication strategies
Select and implement appropriate project management methods and techniques
Demonstrate leadership capabilities and solve problems effectively
Present ideas and recommendations through persuasive arguments
Track project effort and progress accurately
Analyze and evaluate projects with broad organizational impact
Hold a bachelors degree in a related field or possess equivalent experience/training
Manage project timelines effectively while staying within budget constraints
Experience in IT software product development preferably within Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Experience with project management in healthcare settings
Experience with project management in public health or Medicaid systems
Experience with project management within behavioral health systems of care
Masters degree in Business Healthcare Administration or a related field
