Job Description
Job Title: Downstream Technician
Company Information: Advance Employment is a leader in staffing and recruiting offering a range of staffing and workforce solutions. We are hiring Downstream Technicians for one of our clients a plastics company in Jackson Center OH.
No experience necessary we will train you!
Responsibilities:
Assist in manufacturing and packaging of plastic products on 12 hour shifts (7am to 7pm 3 days on/2 days off rotation)
Monitor equipment to ensure high quality and efficiency
Operate production machinery according to company standards to produce a quality product
Maintain a clean and safe work environment by following standards and procedures
Conduct product inspection to ensure high quality
Requirements:
No prior experience required company will provide training
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for long periods
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Detailoriented with good handeye coordination
A positive friendly cando attitude
