Job Description
Staff Management Group is seeking a PutAway Associate for our client in Edison NJ. Please read the ENTIRE job description and ALL of the job requirements BEFORE applying for this position.
Schedule
- 1st shift: 7AM 3:30PM
- Plus Overtime
Pay Rate
- $35 / hour
Job Summary
The Receiving Department also known as Inbound is the first step of the warehousing process.
Receiving refers to the process of deliveries unloading and storing inventory within the warehouse. TheReceiving department consists of: receivers unloaders putaway runners and general labor.
Job Responsibilities
- Putaway use PIT machinery Turrets and pallet jack
- Operate Turrets to store products in wire racking.
- Repack and consolidate product
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements
- MUST be bilingual English and Spanish
- Ability to proficiently and safely operate PIT machinery Turrets and pallet jacks
- Standing for several hours reach turn squat and lift 50 plus lbs
- Ability to read English
- Safety minded
