The Sales Support Product Specialist plays a crucial role in assisting sales teams by identifying and recommending the most suitable products from our suite. You will conduct product training sessions and demonstrations for merchants and partners.
Become and maintain the status of Subject Matter Expert on all products offered. This knowledge is obtained by a combination of handson analysis of the product training from Deluxe Product and direct discussion with product vendors
Spend time understanding all of the products offered including functionality usability pricing as well as support and fulfillment nuances
Ensure operational readiness for new products and features
Lead demos and training sessions
Collaborate with the marketing to create content for flyers brochures and sales sheets as well as web and social media content
Support sales with solutioning merchants using the optimal product from our product suite
Apply knowledge of product functionality and pricing to real world use cases
Create training to produce content to ensure sales understands all aspects to effectively sell a product. This includes use cases functionality boarding/installation support pricing and marketing resources
Ensure operational readiness when new products are launched in the organization
Enable a smooth application and boarding/installation process that is understandable to our sales force for any given product
Bachelors Degree AND 5 years relevant experience; OR HS/GED AND 9 years relevant experience
Must be 18 years of age or older
3 years experience in productoriented sales support or technical knowledge
Experience in payment industry sales support and/or product management
