Qualifications youll bring:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Supply Chain Finance or related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • 7 years of experience in procurement sourcing contract management or supply chain with at least 3 years in a people management role.

  • Strong track record negotiating vendor contracts and driving cost savings through strategic sourcing.

  • Experience leading RFx processes and working crossfunctionally in matrixed organizations.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to translate business needs into actionable procurement plans.

  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.

  • Excellent negotiation communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

  • Collaborative approach and proven ability to influence across departments.

  • Proficiency with procurement and contract management systems; advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills preferred.
  • Familiarity with procurement in health care or regulated industries.

  • Experience with contracting language and negotiation strategies.
  • Curiosity to foster innovation and pave the way for growth.
  • Humility to play as part of a team.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop a team of procurement professionals responsible for sourcing purchasing and contract execution across all business units.

  • Design and implement enterprise sourcing strategies to drive cost savings improve vendor performance and support business growth.

  • Establish and enforce procurement policies processes and governance frameworks that ensure compliance and repeatable outcomes.

  • Oversee all RFx processes (RFP RFI RFQ) ensuring alignment with strategic goals and stakeholder engagement throughout.

  • Negotiate highvalue complex vendor contractsmanaging terms pricing renewals and risk.

  • Partner with leaders across Legal Finance and Vendor Management to align procurement activity with company strategy and operational needs.

  • Identify and lead vendor consolidation opportunities to streamline spend and strengthen partnerships.

  • Ensure accuracy compliance and timely execution in purchase order creation and lifecycle management.

  • Provide regular updates and insights to senior leadership on procurement strategy spend trends and opportunities for continuous improvement.

  • Champion procurement training tools and education to drive internal adoption and support team development.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for procurement questions escalations and strategic decisions across the organization.
  • Contribute to our humble pursuit of excellence by performing various responsibilities that may arise reflecting our collective goal of enhancing healthcare delivery and being the difference for the customer.
