Job Description:
Key Requirements:
We are seeking a skilled Application Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing configuring testing and deploying software in both lab and production environments. This role involves collaborating with internal teams and vendors to ensure seamless onboarding of software applications including Blueframe Zenon and Synchrowave.
Primary Job Functions:
- Install configure test and deploy software applications in lab and production environments ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
- Work closely with internal teams and vendors to onboard software applications into our environment facilitating smooth integration and operation.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for the specified software applications addressing any issues that arise in conjunction with vendors.
- Maintain detailed documentation of installation procedures configurations and testing results.
- Analyze system performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure that software applications comply with organizational policies and security standards.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in application support installation and configuration.
- Experience/familiarity with software products that are used for configuration and troubleshooting of electrical infrastructure devices
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with the ability to think critically and make decisions.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to nontechnical users.
- Ability to work collaboratively with crossfunctional teams and manage multiple priorities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Installing testing implementation deployment of software and configuring protocols (i.e. ICCP OPCUA API)
- Proficiency in installing and configuring software applications (ideally Blueframe Zenon Synchrowave)
- Experience configuring and maintaining applications on enterprise networks
- Experience working on teams following Agile software development methodologies
