Position Summary
Job Title: Manufacturing Associate Day Shift
Reports To: Production Supervisor
Location: 304 Stonecrest Court Neenah WI 54956
Pay: $20/hour biweekly
Shift: Friday through Sunday and every other Thursday 5am 5pm.

Bent Tubes LLC is a family owned and operated tube bending company thats been servicing the industry for 25 years and is continually expanding our headquarters in Neenah WI and our sister location in Ft Payne Alabama. We primarily service agricultural refuse and defense industries offering high quality metal tube assemblies for hydraulic and structural applications. We take pride in fostering a supportive and positive work environment where everyone feels welcome and able to do their best.
Job Responsibilities for departments were looking to fill:
Cut Shop
- Identify correct tubing from storage
- Operate either manual saw or auto saw to cut tubing to length
- Measure tube lengths with strict requirements for tolerance
- Deburr and clean tubing after cutting
- Monitor for potential issues with tube straightness ovality and cleanliness
Trim
- Set up semiautomated saw with correct trim jig
- Trim extra length off bent parts
- Measure tube to ensure bend dimensions are accurate
- Deburr and clean tubing after trimming
- Monitor for potential issues with bend dimensions ovality and cleanliness
End Form
- Pulling fittings and sleeving as required from storage
- Set up end forming machine for correct tube outer diameter and wall thickness
- Form end of tube to customer specifications
- Monitor dimensions and flare quality closely
- Monitor for potential issues with surface finish flare dimensions and flare quality
Brazing
- Pulling fittings as required from storage
- Set up brazing machine with correct coil and jig
- Braze fittings to tube
- Monitor for quality connection looking out for potential leaks or defects
Requirements
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to read and interpret technical work instructions and documents
- Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs
