Provide assistance in developing and maintaining departmental budgets and financial matters for the Division of Academic Affairs including various departments under the Office of the Provost and within the academic schools. Provide administrative support as needed within the Office of the Provost and other departments assigned in the Division of Academic Affairs.

Qualifications:
Associates degree and a minimum of 2 years previous office experience or the equivalent combination of education and experience; indepth knowledge of various word processing spreadsheet and database software applications; excellent attention to detail strong organizational interpersonal verbal and written communication skills; and the ability to effectively work and interact respectfully within a diverse and inclusive environment. Previous experience preferred maintaining and monitoring departmental budgets and expenditures and the ability to prioritize projects handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Work Environment:
Most of the work of the incumbent is carried out within a generally accessible safe indoor environment. The incumbent will be required to operate a personal computer and associated equipment as well as other office equipment used in the daytoday office operations. The incumbent may be required to deliver or pick up various correspondences or materials from other on campus locations and must be able to walk drive or make alternative transportation arrangements.
This position will have a hybrid model of inperson and remote work based on business needs and team collaboration.
This position is 37.5 hours per week 52 weeks per year.

Hiring Range:
$21 to $22 per hour commensurate with qualifications and experience.
