Job Description
Were a leading Automotive Supplier based in Columbus Ohio currently seeking dedicated Production Supervisors for 2nd and 3rd shift operations. These positions are Direct Hire offering competitive salaries and comprehensive benefits.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate daily production activities including task assignments and rotations.
- Conduct preshift meetings with the Team Leader to assess the current production status address any absenteeism or tardiness and communicate changes to work areas or equipment.
- Facilitate daily preshift meetings with Production Associates to communicate requirements address any changes and foster engagement in resolving issues affecting employees or their work areas.
- Ensure that all TPM (Total Productive Maintenance)/Daily Care activities safety checks and equipment maintenance tasks are completed accurately and on schedule.
- Oversee the training qualification and performance of operators to ensure they are capable of fulfilling assigned duties.
- Fulfill any additional duties as outlined in the job description or assigned by the Department Manager.
