Basic Job Functions:
Develop behavioral support plans and methodologies tailored to client needs.
Monitor and document client progress through data collection and prepare monthly and quarterly summary reports.
Conduct periodic testing assessments and direct client observations.
Participate in annual Individual Service Plan (ISP) reviews and interdisciplinary team meetings.
Attend psychiatric appointments and assist in the monitoring and review of client medications.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team in the development of ISP plans.
Provide clinical support coaching and guidance to Direct Support Professionals.
Train staff in crisis management skills and the implementation of behavior support plans.
Bachelors degree in Psychology Behavioral Health or a related fieldORRegistered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word with strong report writing skills.
Ability to train staff in crisis management techniques.
Skilled in implementing and training on behavior support plans and methodologies.
Valid nonprobationary drivers license.
