Job Description
Description of the role:
University Home Care in Romulus MI is seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes ensuring their comfort and wellbeing.
Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living including bathing grooming and toileting
- Administer medications as prescribed
- Monitor patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing staff
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
Requirements:
- Experience as a Health Aide certification
- Previous experience in a healthcare setting preferred
- Strong communication skills
- Compassionate and patient centerapproach
- Reliable transportation valid car insurance/registration and license
