Position Summary
Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor Night Shift
Reports To: Production Manager
Location: 304 Stonecrest Court Neenah WI 54956
Pay: $25/hour biweekly
Shift: Monday through Wednesday and every other Thursday from 5pm 5am with two 10minute breaks and a 30minute lunch

Bent Tubes LLC is a family owned and operated tube bending company thats been servicing the industry for 25 years and is continually expanding our headquarters in Neenah WI and our sister location in Ft Payne Alabama. We primarily service agricultural refuse and defense industries offering high quality metal tube assemblies for hydraulic and structural applications. Job Responsibilities
- Foster a positive and creative work environment
- Train and assist new production employees
- Proactively take steps to reduce defect rates
- Support production employees with machine troubleshooting
- Manage production priorities with front office
- Run machines as required
The night shift supervisor will be required to train on the day shift for 12 months to learn from the 1st shift team before being transferred to the night shift.

- Ability to read and interpret technical work instructions and documents
- Ability to safely lift up to 30 lbs
