Job Description
Lead the design development and deployment of Pega solutions ensuring alignment with business goals and technical Pega Decisioning tools (Pega Customer Decision Hub) to define and implement decision strategies for customer engagement marketing and service with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable Pega the architecture of Pega applications with a focus on decision management and business and guide junior Pega developers ensuring adherence to best practices and Pega with crossfunctional teams (e.g. Business Analysts Product Owners) to ensure successful delivery of Pega code reviews and provide feedback to maintain highquality and resolve issues across the Pega application ensuring minimal disruption to business current on Pegas latest features and enhancements incorporating relevant updates into solutions where seamless integration of Pega with other enterprise systems for improved decisionmaking workflows and data flow.
