We are looking for an experienced Finance Business Partner to support two of our New Businesses from both a financial and operational perspective. In this role you will act as a key sparring partner for business leaders ensuring financial transparency optimizing investments and enabling datadriven growth. A key focus lies in the endtoend financial support of New Businesses: from sharpening startup business cases to building the right financial structures and guiding strategic decisions as these businesses scale.

Your tasks:

• Provide comprehensive financial support to two businesses offering key financial insights into their performance.

• Serve as a sparring partner for financial considerations and investment decisions.

• Own the monthly reporting budgeting and forecasting process for your business area continuously improving financial projections and operational forecasts.

• Develop and review strategic options within financial planning supported by financial outlooks and/or business cases.

• Deliver meaningful management reports to support the business and ensure accountability.

• Challenge business assumptions and enforce financial discipline.

• Present monthly financial results to the board and key stakeholders.
