This frontline role is critical in shaping the customer journey by initiating conversations with prospective clients qualifying their needs and setting appointments that fuel our sales pipeline.

Serve as the first point of contact for potential customers
Educate prospects on our services and assess their remodeling needs
Qualify inbound and outbound leads and schedule appointments for the sales team
Manage communications across phone email social media and CRM tools
Diligently follow up with unresponsive leads
Maintain detailed and accurate lead and call tracking
Consistently meet or exceed key performance metrics (leads issued demo rate close rate)
Flag recurring feedback and client concerns to the management team
35 years of customer service or outbound calling experience
CRM experience preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fastpaced environment
Organized selfmotivated and resultsoriented
Comfortable with goal tracking and performance metrics
Base Salary: $40000/year
Monthly Bonus: Up to $1500
$500 for hitting lead issuance goals
$500 for hitting demo rate goals
$500 for hitting close rate goals
Quarterly Bonus: $1000 per quarter based on company revenue goals

Occasional afterhours availability for additional bonus opportunities
