The Department of Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery at MaineGeneral is seeking two Board eligible or Boardcertified general otolaryngologists to join us as we rebuild our team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a comprehensive ENT service provider in Central Maine including specialties in rhinology pediatrics otology and Head & Neck surgery in collaboration with the Alfond Cancer Center.

About the Role:

General otolaryngologists including those currently completing residency training are ideal candidates for our vacancies. As a new otolaryngology physician you will have the opportunity to develop a special interest that complements our existing team. You will join two permanent otolaryngologists including the Medical Director who will provide mentorship for newly qualified ENT physicians.

Areas of Interest:
We are particularly interested in candidates with expertise or interest in:
Rhinology
Dizziness and balance disorders
Otology/Middle ear surgery

On Call Commitment
Our oncall schedule is 1 in 4. During our rebuilding phase we are provided additional call coverage remotely.

StateoftheArt Facilities
We provide wellequipped ORs featuring CO2 laser operating microscopes nerve monitoring and Medtronic Stealth Navigation systems.

Team Support
We are recruiting an additional APP to work alongside each fulltime otolaryngologist.
