Your Role at Baxter

As an Account Executive Respiratory Health at Baxter you will be responsible for selling Respiratory Health products to clients including hospitals physician offices clinics home care and longterm care facilities etc. Additionally the Account Executive is responsible for working collaboratively with internal partners developing and implementing comprehensive strategic territory sales plans for all Baxter Respiratory Health products (NonInvasive Ventilation High Frequency Chest Wall Oscillation and Oscillating Lung Expansion) programs and services. This position manages both clinical and financial aspects of the account to provide ultimate customer happiness.

Home Base/Territory: Missouri and Kansas
Travel: Up to 50% travel in territory and overnights as needed.
Fleet vehicle provided when available.
What youll be doing
Meet if not exceed sales quotas.
Manage a territory consisting of 100125 verified targets.
Prospect for new business 1520% of time.
Develop and implement a territory business plan and sales strategy.
Communicate Baxters competitive differentiation to improve sales and convert competitive accounts.
Complete company reports plans and projects in accordance with company standards and expected deadlines.
Understand and align with company and regulatory/compliance policies and procedures.
Complete other duties as assigned.
What youll bring
B.S./B.A. or equivalent related work experience required.
2 years proven experience as a toplevel sales performer in medical devices capital equipment pharma DME or as a healthcare leader in a clinical environment.
Significant experience in negotiating and closing new business and/or budgeting.
Demonstrated strategic selling skills (strategy development and execution).
Must be able to work independently and in a team environment.
Outstanding written verbal and interpersonal communication and presentation skills.
Clinical experience in a Respiratory environment (RRT) a plus.
Valid drivers license required.

At Baxter we are committed to equitable pay for all employees and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. The estimated base salary for this position is $60000 to $132000 annually. The estimated range is meant to reflect an anticipated salary range for the position. We may pay more or less than the anticipated range based upon market data and other factors all of which are subject to change. Individual pay is based upon location skills and expertise experience and other relevant factors. This position may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses commission and longterm incentive.
