About the Job A successful candidate for this position will have strong organizational and problemsolving skills be detail oriented excel in timemanagement and will have the ability to work in a fastpaced and collaborative environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or shoprelated software is desired. Excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal are critical. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team is necessary. Experience in a repair shop or within the trucking industry is a plus!
- $21$23/hour Commensurate with experience.

Customer Service: - Answer phone calls and emails and direct inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with technicians and managers.
- Provide information about services and pricing.
- Handle customer questions and billing inquiries.
Administrative tasks: - Support the daytoday management needs within the Shop.
- Ensure efficient operations and excellent customer service.
- Manage customer records.
- Process invoices and handle some billing for repairs and parts.
- Assist with paperwork related to work orders.
- Assist with invoicing and accounts receivable tracking expenses and processing payments.
- Other special projects and tasks as assigned.
