Job Summary:
As a Business Development Consultant you will be responsible for driving growth and establishing strategic partnerships with healthcare facilities to promote and sell our temporary nursing contracts. Your primary focus will be on expanding our client base and increasing revenue by leveraging your expertise in business development and sales.
Responsibilities:
Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging trends opportunities and potential clients within the healthcare sector. Analyse the competitive landscape to identify unique selling points.
Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels
Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decisionmakers at healthcare facilities to understand their staffing needs and present tailored recruitment solutions.
Client Meetings: Schedule and conduct meetings with prospective clients to pitch services present proposals and negotiate terms.
Sales and Negotiation: Prepare and proposals quotes and contracts to clients. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure profitable agreements. Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs ensuring consistent growth in client acquisition and revenue generation.
Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve business development targets.
Reporting and Analysis: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance market trends and client feedback. Analyze date to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment on client needs and recruitment strategies. Share market insights and client feedback with team to improve service delivery.
