WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
EBA Engineering Inc. (EBA) is seeking an experienced Water/Sewer Project Manager to lead impactful infrastructure projects and manage a team of dedicated professionals. This hybrid role offers a balanced schedule with two remote workdays per week supporting both productivity and flexibility. YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a Project Manager you will provide strategic oversight and technical direction for multidisciplinary water and sewer infrastructure projects. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the planning design and execution of water and sewer infrastructure projects including pipelines (water distribution and sewer collection systems) pumping stations and associated infrastructure.
- Coordinating and managing multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement innovative engineering solutions.
- Preparing detailed plans specifications cost estimates and permit applications.
- Managing project budgets schedules and resources effectively.
- Providing construction administration services.
- Participating in public meetings and hearings.
- Supporting business development efforts to maintain client relations and drive company growth.
CORE REQUIREMENTS:
To excel in this role candidates must possess:
- A bachelors degree in civil engineering environmental engineering or a related field.
- 4 years of relevant experience.
- 2 years of managing multidisciplinary engineering projects.
- A professional engineering license.
- Experience designing pipelines pumping stations and related infrastructure.
- Familiarity with local state and federal regulations related to water and sewer systems.
- Familiar with using AutoCAD Civil 3D and hydraulic modeling software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Experience with water and wastewater treatment plant designs.
