The primary responsibility of the Director ICS Business Operations is to coordinate winning campaign strategies and support successful KeepItSold campaigns for F135 and Operational Military Engine modernization with a central role in supporting ME crossportfolioRLPM PursuitToStartup gates.
This role involves developing innovative marketing strategies managing a crossportfolio team supporting implementation of RLPM PursuitToStartup gates and incorporating Operational Analysis (OA). The director will analyze market trends oversee campaign performance and collaborate with senior leadership to drive brand awareness and growth. Strong leadership strategic thinking teambuilding and excellent communication skills are essential for success in this position.
The leader and team will help develop differentiated customerfocused solutions based on thorough analysis of global markets customer requirements budgets challenges issues key performance parameters and an assessment of competitors potential approach and solutions.
What You Will Do:
- Lead an experienced high functioning team of professionals supporting ME President priorities and ICS capture campaigns with strategic input economic impact data collection & analysis competitive intelligence pricetowin analysis global budget analysis and market analysis.
- Support successful execution of RLPM PursuittoStartUp with campaign leads and BACE proposal management
- Coordinate tradeshow strategies and execution
- Ensure tight coordination with RTX Global Government Relations (GGR) P&W Military Engines teams & consultants and external partners (e.g. Congress Office of Secretary of Defense National Security Council Office of Management and Budget) to develop and execute a crossportfolio campaign strategy to position all programs for success on current and future platforms as well as White Papers and Congressional Budget inputs
- Assess critical intelligence and effectiveness of strategy execution and recommend next steps in the overall campaign/engagement strategies
- Partner with Customer Integration Team (CIT) Communications teams and OA team to assist campaign win strategies communication architecture and engagement actions.
Qualifications You Must Have:
- Bachelors degree with 14 years of relevant experience; or an advanced degree with 12 years of relevant experience.
- The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.
Qualifications We Prefer:
- Skilled communicator with an ability to maintain productive relationships in difficult situations; good analytical problem solving and project management skills
- Ability to work in crossfunctional teams on a wide variety of tasks and with limited supervision
- Advanced degree preferred.
