Work Schedule:Ally designates roles as (1) fully onsite (2) hybrid or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. Your hiring manager will discuss this roles specific work requirements with you during the hiring process. All work requirements are subject to change at any time based on leader discretion and/or business need.

The Opportunity

  • Candidate must reside in or be willing to relocate to the Greater Tampa Bay FL area requiring local travel throughout the surrounding West Coast Florida sales market. Company vehicle provided.
  • Successful account executives are driven for success and love to create and maintain successful business relationships. Creativity drives them they throw new ideas against the wall and watch them stick. In this role youll expand F&I product offerings in existing business through crossselling and increase market share with new clients. Youll balance your compassion and empathy for everyone involved in the sales process. The Work Itself

  • Youll sell finance & insurance (F&I) product lines to meet targeted goals by explaining corporate programs and service capabilities while effectively overcoming objections.
  • Youll service current customers by maintaining rapport making regular visits (theres a lot of travel involved with this role) evaluating customers needs for new opportunities and replying to requests.
  • Youll also identify nonF&I opportunities and coordinate with the Insurance Specialist (identify new customers estimate growth volume and qualify prospects).
  • To ensure customers are fully knowledgeable with Allys products youll assist in training F&I Managers within our dealerships.
  • Youll complete administrative assignments and work within given deadlines.
  • To sustain your success youll maintain current knowledge about our competitors market threats and challenges maintain professional and technical knowledge by participating in training and remain involved in the industry respective area and trade associations.

The Skills You Bring

  • 3 years of experience required.
  • Retail dealership experience or autodealerinterfacing experience in a b2b sales capacity required.
  • The ability to develop relationships with dealer principals and decision makers.
  • You have welldeveloped business management presentation and relationship selling skills.
  • Holding yourself accountable is important to you. Being effective at prioritizing tasks is second nature. You have the ability to work autonomously.
  • Youve branded yourself as a problem solver and you objectively manage conflicting priorities.
  • You have attention to detail and you are computer savvy. Being proficient at MS Excel Word and PowerPoint are a plus.
  • You are a quick learner and have an appetite for growth and selfdevelopment. You are coachable and have a willingness to expand your Leadership Capital.
  • HS diploma or equivalent required. Industry designations dont hurt.

Base Pay Range: $85000 $105000 USD
An individuals position in the range is determined by the specific role the scope and responsibilities of the role work experience education certification(s) training and additional qualifications. We review internal pay the competitive market and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in a variable incentive plan.
