The JobSquad Solutions is currently looking for Plant Maintenance Technicians to work at a company located in the Columbus OH area!
A premier automotive supplier located in Columbus OH is currently seeking experienced Plant Maintenance Technicians for 2nd and 3rd shifts. Qualifications:
- Electrical/Electronic/Mechatronic Technician Engineering diploma/certificate or significant equivalent work experience.
- Knowledge of Allen Bradley RS LogixFactory Talk View Studio Allen Bradley Panel Builder32 Omron CXProgrammer Omron NTseries Support Tool preferred.
- Experience with PLC/HMI programming and troubleshooting; robot programming and troubleshooting is a plus.
- Understanding of industrial networks like Device Net EthernetIP.
- Familiarity with VFD DC and Servo Drive systems and Vision Systems (Keyence Cognex Omron).
- Exposure to robotics (ABB Motoman) is advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Provide daytoday technical support troubleshooting and programming alongside the maintenance team.
- Support manufacturing lines: address equipment and process issues as needed.
- Maintain repair install and test equipment to meet machine specifications.
- Troubleshoot and maintain PLC/HMI to support production needs.
- Reteach and troubleshoot robotic material handlers and weld cells.
- Update electrical drawings and schematics as required.
- Manage procurement and ordering of spare components including justification for orders.
- Address network communication issues and ensure stable operations.
