This is the sole provider in an occupational medicine clinic seeing work comp cases injured workers from the community and managing there careMondayFriday 8a5pFacility Location: 68 school rd Frisco CO 80443Setting: Clinic No Trauma/Not RatedFTE: 1.0Required Procedures/Job Duties: Level 1 work comp certification. See injured workers and manage their care and patients scheduled walk ins are possible. Similar to an urgent care environment most patients are muscular skeletal injuries lacerations : epicSupport Staff: MAReason for Coverage: medical leave and gaps in coverageCredentialing Information:Timeframe: 30 daysCredentialing with other facilities NoBilling enrollment Is this position providing services in lieu of an existing enrolled provider for a period of 60 days or less NoEmergency Temp privs YesCERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTSAANCAANPBLSNCCPASTATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTSColorado
