Were seeking a Commercial Field Project Manager with strong flat roofing experience to oversee field operations across the state of Texas Oklahoma and Louisiana. This is a travelbased position so flexibility and mobility are key. Youll be responsible for ensuring quality safety and timely execution of commercial roofing projects while serving as a vital leader for crews onsite.
What Youll Do:
- Oversee and manage commercial flat roofing projects from start to finish
- Ensure all work is performed safely to spec and on schedule
- Coordinate crews subcontractors materials and equipment onsite
- Maintain detailed project documentation and daily reports
- Communicate effectively with project managers clients and vendors
- Conduct site inspections and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards
Requirements
- Extensive flat roofing knowledge (TPO EPDM PVC BuiltUp etc.)
- Experience in commercial roofing project supervision
- Willing and able to travel throughout Texas without restrictions
- Strong leadership organization and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and teams
- Have OSHA 30 Certification or willing to obtain within 90 days of employment
- Demonstrated aptitude in inspecting and repairing structural or surface damage
