Executive Warehouse Operations
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Executive Warehouse Operations to support daily warehouse functions including inventory management order processing and logistics coordination. This role is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow in warehouse operations and in a fastpaced supply chain environment. The selected candidate will work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure smooth and efficient warehouse operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Warehouse Operations & Inventory Management:
Assist in receiving storing picking packing and dispatching goods as per operational requirements.
Maintain accurate inventory records through data entry and regular stock counts.
Ensure correct labelling tagging and storage of products to maintain stock accuracy.
Support in stock audits cycle counts and reconciliation of inventory discrepancies.
Order Processing & Logistics Coordination:
Assist in order fulfilment ensuring timely and accurate picking and packing of goods.
Coordinate with warehouse staff transport teams and thirdparty logistics providers to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
Prepare and verify shipping documents invoices and delivery notes.
Help manage reverse logistics for returns and damaged goods.
Material Handling & Warehouse Safety:
Support in loading and unloading shipments ensuring proper handling of goods.
Follow FIFO (First In First Out) and LIFO (Last In First Out) inventory principles to ensure efficient stock movement.
Comply with warehouse safety protocols and operational guidelines.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the warehouse to ensure a safe working environment.
Process Improvement & Reporting:
Assist in optimizing warehouse workflows for improved efficiency.
Prepare and submit daily reports on inventory movement order fulfillment status and operational challenges.
Collaborate with the team to identify areas for improvement and contribute to process enhancements.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree/diploma in Logistics Supply Chain Management Business Administration or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
0 to 2 years of experience in warehouse operations logistics or inventory management (internships or trainee experience is a plus).
Basic understanding of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) ERP software and inventory tracking tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel Word and data entry systems.
Strong teamwork communication and problemsolving skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced warehouse environment and meet deadlines.
Attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory records and orders.
Basic warehouse safety training is an advantage.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements:
Comfortable working in a warehouse setting with varying temperatures.
Willingness to work shifts weekends or overtime based on operational needs.
