Salary Commencing from $102229.40 (Grade 19 Step 1) plus 11.5% Superannuation. The successful candidate will have access to step increases based on competency assessment and tenure within the position.
Council Overview
Strathfield Council is a medium sized Council located in Sydneys Inner West. The area of the Council comprises approximately 14 square kilometres and has an estimated population of 46000 residents which is growing at 2.53% annually. Based on NSW Government projections the population will increase to over 80000 by 2036.
About the Role
The Corporate Officer People & Performance role supports the delivery of Councils corporate planning and business improvement functions by undertaking research analysis and coordination tasks. This role assists in the development and monitoring of Councils Integrated Planning & Reporting (IP&R) documents and contributes to a range of performance improvement initiatives and projects.
The Corporate Officer People & Performance roles objective is to execute core tasks such as data gathering analysis grant administration and documentation preparation to ensure strategic plans and improvement projects are based on evidence and are delivered effectively. Working under the guidance of the Senior Coordinator Corporate Planning & Improvement the Corporate Officer People & Performance collaborates with stakeholders across the organisation to gather information implement solutions and support the development of strategies and policies that enhance Councils performance and service delivery.
