Position: PROJECT MANAGER Superintendent** New CustomHome Construction **
Location: Monroe / Charlotte NC !
Compensation: Salary ($8090k range DOE); Bonus per Home; Auto/Phone allowance; plus additional benefits (PTO Healthcare Insurance 401(k); etc)

Main Responsibilities for this role:
- Overcommunication with customers (& subcontractors) to ensure the highest satisfaction.
- Construction site management extending from the design & precon process subcontractorselection & executing contracts to managing safety and scheduling through c/o .
- Ensuring Budget & Schedule are met while also closely watching the quality of construction.
Basic Qualifications:
- Candidate will need experience in residential construction ( preferably in OnYourLot or scattered lot building) .
- Managing multiple projects (810 typically) at one time with average home prices ranging up to $525625k (avg.)
- Qualifications include a 4 year proven track record of successful operations & project leadership and within New Construction.
- Candidate will need to express good teambuilding skills & excellent communications abilities with customers/owners.
