Client Service & Sales Representative (Largo MD): Responsible for attaining sales revenue targets as assigned processing client orders and responding to client inquiries and/or questions regarding Boland Supply. Responsible for stocking and general appearance of the showroom.
Essential Duties:
Will be trained on all store processes; sales shipping and receiving order staging purchasing warranty basic HVAC
Answer client calls identifies parts and provides support to clients in a prompt and professional manner
Identifies and processes client orders for HVAC parts equipment and supplies via the internet fax phone and over the counter
Order required parts
Responds to clients inquiries or questions regarding products
Drives sales by actively making clients aware of product promotions
Responsible for warranty administration
Prepares for and participates in physical inventory as scheduled
Possesses knowledge of the product lines to be able to demonstrate and discuss with clients
Handles emergency phone and client service duties after hours as necessary
Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
High School diploma or equivalent experience and education required
Able to operate a forklift
Technical sales or related experience is a plus
Knowledge of refrigeration cycle / HVAC is a plus
Experience with HVAC or related business preferred
Detail oriented quick learner strong communication and writing skills client service oriented
High energy problem solver client focused motivated organized able to multitask excellent interpersonal skills sales driven
Physical Requirements:
Regularly required to use hands to operate computer keyboard phone reach with hands and arms
Occasionally required to climb or balance stoop kneel crouch and crawl
Must regularly lift and/ or move up to 25lbs frequently lift and/ or move up to 50lbs and occasionally lift and/ or move more than 100lbs with a device
