About the Role
As a Financial Services Administrator youll play a critical role in supporting the sales and finance processes for new and preowned vehicles. Youll work closely with our Sales and Management teams as well as our offsite virtual finance agents to ensure seamless customer transactionsfrom vehicle purchase to financing and delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Assist customers and sales staff with processing purchase lease and finance documents
Support virtual finance agents by coordinating electronic document completion and communication
Ensure timely and accurate completion of vehicle titling and registration paperwork
Monitor funding of finance contracts within set timeframes
Maintain compliance with dealership and lender requirements
Collaborate with management to meet financial services sales goals
Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the purchase process
What Were Looking For
Experience in automotive retail or finance preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
Proficiency with dealership systems and tools (CDK Darwin Route One Dealertrack a plus)
Comfortable in a fastpaced customerfacing environment
Interest in advancing to a Finance Manager role
This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in insurance financial services sales support or legal documentationespecially those seeking a growth path into finance management.
Topperforming Finance Managers at Group 1 earn $200K annually.
Requirements
- Must have background in Finance or Sales
- Automotive experience is a plus!
Must pass preemployment background checks MVR and drug screening
Ability to work fulltime including some evenings and weekends
